The application helps teenagers' develop healthy and balanced sleep habits and improve sleep top quality.

Nib foundation Limited is a charity signed up with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) with a charitable function of advancing wellness and progressing social or public welfare. We strive to strengthen the health and wellness and social resilience of our areas by supporting efforts that add to much better wellness both each day and in times of requirement.
