The much talked about eighth studio offering - unveiled at a listening party on Thursday - instantly earned praise from fans around the world.
In the lyrics, he addresses suicidal thoughts, fears that his wife Kim Kardashian will leave him and his experience of bipolar disorder.

Kim, who married Kanye in 2014, has stood by Kanye while he's been criticised for behaving erratically online after his return to Twitter in April.
